Code of Conduct
The seele group has set up a compliance system, key components of which are a code of conduct and an external ombudsman.
The seele code of conduct applies to all employees of the seele group. It contains clearly formulated rules for responsible behaviour in compliance with generally applicable ethical principles and statutory provisions. The code of conduct therefore provides a defined framework for responsible behaviour, making reference to the need for integrity, fairness, safety, sustainability, etc. in everyday business activities. Employees may report infringements of the code of conduct to a direct superior, the management or the external ombudsman. Customers and business partners with information regarding infringements may contact the management or our ombudsman at any time. All information received will be treated confidentially. No person supplying information will be disadvantaged as a result of providing that information.
